Stop loss setting

I have been trading with the Sl given on 4 hour and daily charts, With a little success.

Today 29-5-09 I had trades that hit SL.

I have re-read the manual and read posts on these forums.

Some people are using 1.5 or 2 x SL.

What is the general consensus?

I'm using the stoploss given on the chart. Seems to be working for me.
There will always be the occasional trade that goes against you and hits the stoploss, but for most trades the stoploss calculated by the system should be enough of a buffer until you can get your stops to break even.
